CloudOps Management
CloudOps is an internal tooling platform for engineering teams managing Cloudflare infrastructure. The app provides a visual interface for Workers management, D1 database administration, R2 storage browsing, and deployment pipeline management.

The Challenge
Engineering teams were context-switching between multiple dashboards and CLI tools to manage cloud infrastructure, leading to errors and slow deployment cycles.
The Proposed Solution
We consolidated infrastructure management into a single React application with role-based access control. The app integrates directly with Cloudflare's API to provide real-time metrics and one-click operational controls.
Development Methodology
Starting with an engineering team shadowing exercise to understand existing workflows, we designed the information architecture around the most common operational tasks. The UI was optimized for fast keyboard-driven navigation.
Final Outcome & Impact
A sophisticated internal tooling application demonstrating complex API integration, real-time data handling, and professional UX for technical users. This is a demonstration project.
