01 / Problem Statement

The Challenge

The client needed to consolidate three separate online stores into a single unified platform while maintaining distinct brand identities for each storefront and enabling centralized inventory management.

02 / Engineering Approach

The Proposed Solution

We architected a multi-tenant e-commerce platform where each storefront shares the same infrastructure but operates with independent branding, catalogs, and analytics. A centralized admin panel gives management full visibility across all brands.

03 / Execution

Development Methodology

Starting with deep discovery workshops, we mapped out the complex inventory relationships and vendor permission structures. The design phase produced three distinct visual identities within a shared component system. Development was broken into two-week sprints with continuous stakeholder feedback.

04 / Deliverable

Final Outcome & Impact

A production-ready platform with full multi-vendor support, real-time inventory synchronization, and a performance-optimized shopping experience. This is a demonstration project showcasing our e-commerce engineering capabilities.
