The Challenge
Teams were spending hours each week manually compiling reports from disparate data sources. They needed a unified analytics environment that could pull from multiple data sources and automate regular reporting cycles.
The Proposed Solution
We built a modular analytics platform with a plugin-based data connector architecture. Teams can connect their existing tools — CRMs, ad platforms, and databases — and build custom dashboards without writing code.
Development Methodology
User research with 12 target users shaped the information architecture. We designed and tested multiple dashboard builder paradigms before settling on a drag-and-drop canvas approach. The backend was architected for horizontal scaling to support growing data volumes.
Final Outcome & Impact
