The Challenge
Trade buyers needed a mobile-first tool for browsing supplier catalogs, placing bulk orders, and tracking deliveries — without being tied to a desktop. The solution needed to work across Android and iOS with consistent performance.
The Proposed Solution
We built a Flutter application with offline-first architecture, so the app remains functional in low-connectivity environments. Order placement uses optimistic UI patterns to feel instantaneous even on slower connections.
Development Methodology
Working from detailed user journey maps, we designed distinct experiences for buyers and sellers within a unified app. Firebase provided real-time messaging and push notifications, while a custom REST API handled order management and catalog syncing.
Final Outcome & Impact
A polished, production-quality cross-platform mobile application demonstrating Flutter development, Firebase integration, and complex business logic implementation. This is a demonstration project.
